Before opening
Set max inside capacity (default 25) to match what the property can safely hold.
During the sale
- Advance next N — moves the next N confirmed shoppers to checked-in in one tap as space frees up.
- Check in — tap beside any name to mark an individual arrival.
- Watch Inside / Waiting / QR scans at the top of the staff panel.
No-shows
Confirmed shoppers who don't arrive within the grace window are auto-marked no_show every few minutes, freeing their positions. You can also cancel a sale outright from the staff panel.
