EstateEntry helps estate-sale companies manage entry queues. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, optional phone), sale registrations (position, status), and company/billing details needed to run subscriptions through Stripe. QR scans are counted per sale for demand analytics.

How we use it

To operate queues (positions, check-in, estimated entry), process payments, and send transactional messages about your registrations or sales. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Card processing is handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription IDs, never card numbers.

Your choices

Cancel a registration anytime from the sale page. Delete your account via support and we will remove your personal data except records we must retain for billing disputes.
