Terms of Service

The service

EstateEntry provides online line positions, check-in, and entry management for in-person estate sales. A line position reserves an order of entry; it does not guarantee admission if a sale is cancelled or you miss check-in.

Fair use

One registration per shopper per sale. No paid line skipping, no bots or bulk signups. Companies may cancel sales; shoppers who repeatedly no-show may have registrations flagged to the company.

Subscriptions

Company plans (Standard, Pro, per-sale) bill through Stripe. Trial covers one sale. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

Entry decisions at the property remain the company's responsibility. Service provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
